1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking

2. 50% of the course fee will be charged (unless otherwise stated on the relevant flyer) for a cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to the course

3. There will be no refund of fees if a cancellation is made less than 8 weeks prior to the course, or for non attendance

4. We are happy to accept a substitute candidate at no additional cost but do require their contact details prior to the course

5. In the unlikely event VacScene is required to cancel priority will be given on the next available course.
